Powerbreathe Municipality uses the basic principles of endurance training. Just as you can use weights to strengthen the muscles of the arms, breathing in POWERbreatheagainst a medium and variable resistance makes the respiratory muscles work more, thus increasing their strength and endurance. It only takes a few days of use of this manual device, easy to use, without using any substance, to increase the resistance of the respiratory muscles; within 3 weeks you will have more breath; and within 4 weeks the activities of each day will seem easier to you.
Use and Maintenance
Just wear the nasal clip so as to bring your nostrils closer together, and then breathe POWERbreathe (with a slightly extra intensity than normal) and the device will do the rest. An improvement in respiratory efficiency can be achieved in just 4 weeks. Includes step-by-step instructions.
Lab-tested training regimen· It is enough to breathe 30 times through the device twice a day against adjustable resistance. It takes less than 5 minutes.
· As soon as it improves the strength of the respiratory muscles, it will be enough to regulate and increase endurance, as you would with any other form of exercise.
· After a few days the inspiratory muscles feel stronger; within 3 weeks you will have more breath; and within 4 weeks the activities, exercise and sport will seem easier to you.
