The ability to keep the temperature of cold liquids constant is ensured in the NANO FLY CAP

from the structure made entirely of Nanogel®, the lightest insulating material in the world because

consisting of 5% solid part and 95% air.

the new NANO FLY CAP is today the lightest thermal water bottle in the world.

The merit is of the materials that allow to obtain in a single product a high heat capacity,

maximum lightness and the greatest flexibility. A characteristic that distinguishes it from the

traditional thermal water bottles that usually have a much more rigid water bottle body.

A thermal water bottle with extraordinary lightness

The NANO FLY CAP is the lightest thermal water bottle on the market by virtue of its exceptional lightness of only 127 g,

a result achieved after 3 years of studies and research conducted with several Italian universities for the realization of

a light and resistant material that would allow us to reduce the thickness of the water bottle while maintaining its performance characteristics.

While decreasing the amount of material used – a result that allows us to reduce

the environmental impact of the production of our water bottles – we have managed to reduce in a way

significant overall weight and thickness of the water bottle body, which is so soft and easily squeezable.

Together with the cap equipped with a push-pull valve to facilitate its opening and closing during the run, the

water bottle ensures in this way a jet of water always abundant at the minimum pressure of the hand,

making drinking easier and more satisfying, especially while riding.

An innovative design

Years of cutting-edge research and technology have resulted in a superior thermal water bottle,

that in addition to ensuring a maximum degree of thermal insulation was also able to guarantee a handle

firm and comfortable on the water bottle, especially during the run.

To do this, we have developed an innovative design with ergonomic structure equipped with an enlarged mouth and

grooves to facilitate the handle and ensure the retention of the water bottle even in extreme conditions.

Like all Elite water bottles, this new thermal model also has a standard diameter (Ø74 mm).

Safe and odorless

It is important to remember that the NANO FLY CAP is made of certified plastic materials free of BPA (Bisphenol A), 

and for this reason completely compliant with all the most restrictive European CE and American FDA regulations that regulate products that provide contact with food and beverages.

The rubber valve of the water bottle also boasts an innovative odorless and tasteless material designed to maintain the flavor of the liquid contained in it.
