Description

The trail version of the Maxxis Minion DHR II features the same tread pattern as its downhill counterpart, but uses a single-ply casing to reduce weight.
With sidecaps borrowed from the legendary Minion DHF but widened to provide more support, the Minion DHR II has no competition in cornering.
The spatula-shaped lugs on the center tread dig into the ground during hard braking and help keep the vehicle under control.
Pair it with a Minion DHF for aggressive front-line trail riding!

TUBELESS READY
Maxxis TR tubeless ready tires have the same benefits as UST tubeless tires without the added weight penalty.
The TR version uses a standard casing and therefore requires the use of anti-puncture liquid for air tightness.
They can also be used with the inner tube without the puncture-proof liquid

It's a material added to the sidewalls of select mountain bike tires that's extremely resistant to cuts and abrasions. This layer, created with a dense, super-lightweight, and highly flexible weave, doesn't affect the tire's performance.
